Dr. Raya is committed to the improved health of our patients by
providing appropriate, high quality, comprehensive family health care.
Dr Neel Raya has been practicing since 1995 and is board certified in
internal medicine. He is affiliated with the Fairfield Medical Center,
Lancaster, OH.

All the prescriptions are printed using our software and this minimizes
mistakes. We have Surescripts which enable us to electronically send
your prescriptions to the local pharmacies via internet instantaneosly
reducing errors and improving efficiency. The computerized system helps us to keep a track of all prescriptions given. We make
sure you have enough refills until next appointment. If you run short,
kindly call us we will make sure your prescription will be made

Dr.Raya takes vacation during the summer, Christmas and spring time and
makes sure he has adequate coverage arranged.
There is always a doctor
available for any patients being admitted to the Fairfield medical
center, Lancaster. All emergency calls are attended by a qualified
internist covering for him.
Non emergencies are handled by the office during regular business hours.
Dr.Raya calls the office daily even when he is on vacation and takes

This office is the most tech-savvy office in town. We have computerized
charting, which means your most important information, drug list,
allergies are all available on the computers 24 hours a day. Dr.Raya
uses EMR (electronic medical records) provided by DOCS.Inc., makers of
SOAPWARE. This has proved extremely valuable in improving efficiency,
improving healthcare, improving inter-physician communication, reducing
liability and keeping overheads low. In this way Dr.Raya can provide
better care to his patients. This information
is available to Dr. Raya at anytime of the day. This is possible by
accessing the office servers via the internet. Internet access is
available in each patient exam room which allows Dr.Raya to give
customised information and better educate the patients on their health
problems. We are also sensitive to
the security and privacy needs of the patients and are HIPPA complaint. Back to

We have an automated calling system which will remind you a day or two
before your appointment and also gives you the option of leaving us a message.
