TO THIS PRACTICE
- We accept patients who are 18 years and
older.
- Internal Medicine involves caring for general
medical issues involving adults, seniors, and elderly.
- (sorry no pediatrics, OBGYN, or surgery )
- Patients are seen in an office setting,
followed when they get admitted at Fairfield Medical Center, and
also followed at select nursing homes in city.
- Emphasis is on Preventive Health, Patient
Education.
- Practice relies on Evidence based Medicine.
- Charting is computerized and is available to
Dr.Raya via internet 24/7. This is fully HIPAA compliant.
- Being a small solo-practice we offer a
friendly but professional practice setting, each patient is
respected as an individual.
- Each individual patient's information is
updated at each visit by Dr.Raya, medication lists are kept
uptodate to minimise errors.

call back when we re-open, if it is an emergency then patient
needs to calling 911, if it is something which you need the
Physician to respond urgently you can use option-#1.
- No Nurse-Practioners or Physician
Assistants.
