years and older.

caring for general medical issues involving adults, seniors, and
elderly.

Patients are seen in an office
setting, followed at select nursing homes in city. Also provide select home visits.

Emphasis is on Preventive
Health, Patient Education.

Being a small solo-practice we
offer a friendly but professional practice setting, each patient is respected
as an individual.

Each individual patient's
information is updated at each visit by Dr. Raya; medication lists are kept up
to date to minimize errors.
