We accept patients who are 18
years and older.

Internal Medicine involves
caring for general medical issues involving adults, seniors, and
elderly.

(sorry no pediatrics, OBGYN, or
surgery )

Patients are seen in an office setting,
followed when they get admitted at Fairfield Medical Center, and also followed
at select nursing homes in city.

Emphasis is on Preventive
Health, Patient Education.

Practice relies on Evidence
based Medicine.

Charting is computerized and is
available to Dr. Raya via internet 24/7. This is fully HIPAA compliant.

Being a small solo-practice we
offer a friendly but professional practice setting, each patient is respected
as an individual.

Each individual patient's
information is updated at each visit by Dr. Raya; medication lists are kept up
to date to minimize errors.
